2. Payments

• Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• For rental websites or monthly packages, payments are recurring and must be paid before the billing cycle begins.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of the website.

3. Refund & Cancellation

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

• Website Purchase: Once a website is delivered or domain registered, payments are non-refundable.

• Rental / Monthly Packages: You may cancel anytime, but payments already made will not be refunded.

• Advance Payment: If the project has not yet started, you may request a full refund within 3 days of payment.

• Domains & Hosting: Fees for domains and hosting (through third-party providers) are non-refundable once activated.

• If we cancel the project due to technical or operational issues, a full refund will be issued.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information (content, images, business details) for website creation.

• Not use the website for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

• Be responsible for maintaining updated contact and payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise agreed, all designs, templates, and custom websites created by sushilmagar.online remain our property until full payment is received.

• For rental websites, ownership of the design and code remains with SushilMagar.online. Clients are granted a license to use the website while their subscription is active.

• Clients may not resell, duplicate, or transfer the website without prior written permission.

6. Service Limitations

• We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or internet issues.

• While we take steps to secure websites, we are not liable for hacking, data loss, or damages caused by third-party attacks.

• Content provided by clients (images, text, logos) is the client’s responsibility and must not infringe copyright or trademarks.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are overdue, or

• The website is used for illegal or harmful activities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
